- Established & Founded since 1958 at Luizhou, Guangxi, China
- Built China’s first modern Wheel Loader in 1966, and to date sold more than 310,000 wheel loader
- Presently, is No.1 Wheel Loader producer in the world
- By 1993, became the 1st Public Listed Company in Chinese construction machinery industry
- Set up joint venture company with ZF Passau GmbH in 1995
- Total 22 Factories bases in China and 2 outside China (India & Poland)
